Job Title: Pharmacist

Location: Ogudu, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on medications and prescriptions to customers
• Drive sales and profit in the Pharmacy store.
• Ensures Company’s compliance with legal policies, procedures and pharmaceutical regulations
• Establish, organize and implement community outreach programs quarterly
• Provide delivery of quality pharmaceutical services in line with state and federal requirements
• Improve Customer service approaches and techniques to ensure Customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved within Company guidelines and standards.
• Support the manager to plan, organize, and successfully implement all activities in relation to the pharmacy operations.
• Filling all necessary pharmacy documents
• Coordinate the pharmacy academy weekly
• Models, enforces, and provides direction and guidance to Associates on proper Customer service approaches and techniques to ensure Customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved within Company guidelines and standards.
• Provide guidance on medications and prescriptions and over-the-counter drugs in line with hospital policies.
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates in assigned areas.
• Establish and support pharmacy services in line with state and federal requirements.
• Institute and implement enhancement of quality for the department
• Ensure smooth operation of the pharmacy
• And any other assigned task from line manager or management.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a B.Pharm Degree with at least 2 years relevant work experience.
