Summary

The Pharmacist is responsible for providing safe and effective medication therapy management to patients.  

This includes dispensing medications, counseling patients on proper medication use, monitoring drug therapies, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.  

The Pharmacist also collaborates with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
  • Counsel patients on medication use and potential side effects.
  • Monitor medication therapies and resolve drug-related issues.
  • Manage medication inventory and ensure proper storage.
  • Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and supervise pharmacy staff.

 

Key Requirements

  • PharmD degree and valid pharmacist license with 2 - 5 years work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in pharmacy systems and computer skills.
