Oliver Twist Supermarket is the brainchild of enigmatic directors along with a strong leadership and advisory board. The directors' vast knowledge and experience in retail business have been deployed in the management and operation of Oliver Twist Supermarket since the inception of the first store in 2019 in Abuja, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pharmacist

Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Dispensing prescription medications accurately and providing appropriate counseling to patients.
• Monitoring and managing drug therapy plans for patients.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing the pharmacy.
• Managing and overseeing pharmacy operations, including inventory control and staff management.
• Providing drug information to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Compounding and preparing specialized medications when required.
• Conducting medication therapy management and adherence counseling.
• Participating in health promotion and disease prevention activities.

Education

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from a recognized institution.

Other Requirements:

• Must be registered with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
• Adherence to ethical standards and professional conduct.
• Continuous professional development to stay updated on pharmaceutical advancements.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and healthcare quality improvement.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and pharmacology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
• Leadership and management abilities for overseeing pharmacy operations.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions.

• Proficient in computer and pharmacy management software.
