Bond Chemical Industries Limited is a pharmaceutical company situated in Awe, Oyo State.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pharmacovigilance Officer

Location: Awe. Oyo

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document adverse drug reactions (ADRs) from healthcare professionals, patients of drug manufactured by Bond Chemical Industries Ltd.
• Prepare and submit periodic safety update reports (PSURs) to regulatory authorities (NAFDAC).
• Ensure compliance with local and international pharmacovigilance regulations (ICH-GCP, WHO, NAFDAC).
• Maintain and update the company’s pharmacovigilance database.
• Train staff, Distributors and healthcare partners on drug safety reporting.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, healthcare providers, and internal teams on safety-related issues.
• Conduct risk-benefit assessments for pharmaceutical products.

 

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology or Biological Sciences
• 2-3 years working experience in the field
• Strong knowledge of NAFDAC, WHO, ICH-GCP, and global pharmacovigilance guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Ms Excel, Ms. PowerPoint and pharmacovigilance databases (e.g NAFDAC E- Reporting).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
