Job Description

High Rank Pharmacy, a busy and customer-focused community pharmacy, is looking for askilled and reliable Pharmacy Technician to join our team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about community health, patient support, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in dispensing prescriptions accurately
• Prepare, package, and label medications under supervision
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers
• Give appropriate guidance on over-the-counter (OTC) products and health items
• Manage stock levels, monitor expiries, and arrange product displays
• Handle sales transactions and maintain proper records
• Ensure the pharmacy remains clean, organized, and welcoming

Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology / Pharmacy Technician studies
• Current registration/licence with the appropriate regulatory body
• Experience working in acommunity/retail pharmacyis an added advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of OTC medications and health products
• Strong attention to detail, honesty, and a professional attitude
• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
