Reports to: The Pharmacy Manager

Responsibilities

• The responsibilities are mainly to assist the pharmacist in the discharge of the professional responsibilities, customer service and operations.
• Specifics of the job includes customers assistance, counselling, dealing with customer’s complaint, payments processing, etc.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 1 year relevant work experience.
