Job Title: Product Development Supervisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Formulating, planning, and designing drug, home and personal care products from concept to finish.
• Making improvement and modification to current processes.
• Performing chemical experiments with the aim of testing various products and substances to draw conclusions in terms of product viability and replicability.
• Recommend product modifications and process improvements.
• Ensuring conformance to regulatory requirements applied in personal care products such as cosmetics, fragrances, and toiletry.
• Using design models to develop manufacturing processes.
• Examine production samples visually or manually to verify properties such as clarity cleanliness, consistency humidity and texture.
• Partnering with Supply Chain to provide technical support to drive quality and value improvement in products and process.

Educational Requirements / Experience

• BSc in Biological & Physical Sciences.
• 5 Years ‘minimum experience on Practical research, factory, or laboratory work operations.
