Job Title: Production Pharmacist

Location: Ota, Ogun

Job Summary

The Production Pharmacist will supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring pharmaceutical products are produced efficiently and in full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and regulatory standards set by the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) and the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise tablet, capsule, liquid, or semi-solid production processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and SOPs.
• Perform line clearance and review batch documentation for accuracy.
• Investigate production deviations and implement CAPA.
• Coordinate production staff to meet output and quality targets.

Requirements

• B.Pharm or Pharm.D.
• Full PCN registration with valid practicing license.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a NAFDAC-approved pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and production documentation.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
