Job Title: Production Pharmacist

Location:  Isolo Industrial Estate, Lagos

Description

• Are you an experienced production professional with a passion for quality manufacturing and process excellence?
• Join our team and play a key role in ensuring the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products while maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
• Ensure products are manufactured, packaged, documented, and stored according to approved procedures and GMP requirements.
• Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Review batch manufacturing records and production documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.
• Coordinate process validation and equipment qualification activities.
• Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
• Train, coach, and supervise production personnel.
• Promote compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, or any related science field with 3-5 years experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and pharmaceutical production processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Salary

N200,000 - N350,000 / Month (Gross).
