Job Title: Production Pharmacist

Location: Sango Ota, Ogun

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Production Pharmacist to oversee and manage the production processes, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and company standards.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficient and timely manufacture of pharmaceutical products in compliance with GMP standards.
• Review and approve batch production records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Supervise and coordinate production staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and resolve production-related issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as necessary.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of production equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of production activities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Valid Pharmacist license to practice in Nigeria (PCN registration required).
• Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with GMP guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes, equipment handling, and batch manufacturing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
