The Paediatric Association of Nigeria (PAN) seeks a dynamic and skilled Project Manager to lead a crucial initiative focused on increasing the capacity and capabilities of immunization champions and improving immunization coverage, specifically addressing challenges related to Rotavirus, Human Papillomavirus, and pneumonia vaccines

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Abuja

Skill and Competencies:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
• Good stakeholder management
• Deep critical thinking problem analysis and problem-solving skills
• Proficients in data management and use of statistical analysis software
• Effective risk management
• Proficient in project execution and delivery

Experience & Qualification

• Practical project management experiences in similar sized ventures
• MBBS degree from a recognized university with a minimum of a Master's degree in Public Health
• Project management certification (desired)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation
• Monitor and track project progress against plan, identifying and resolving any deviations.
• Manage risks and contingencies to ensure project success
• Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Utilize project management tools to enhance efficiency and communication
• Prevent evaluation report to Stakeholders.
