Job Title: Provider Relations Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

Job Description

• Design and implement programs to build and nurture positive relationships between the health plan, providers, and practice managers.
• Gather benchmarking data to highlight opportunities.
• Ensure that all provider orientations, site visits, access & availability studies are completed within designated time frames and that all providers are visited within established time frames.
• Oversee / lead basic negotiation and contract with providers, establish single case agreements, track and report agreed rates, analyse cases and inform management of potential service gaps.
• Proactively identify provider needs and advise executive leadership so that action can be taken to address the needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years working experience.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) from a recognized institution.
• Current license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills
• Exhibited professionalism and reliable judgment.
• Ability to communicate and articulate in a sensitive manner with providers and administrators.
• Commitment to excellent customer service in order to develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders
