Job Title: Provider Relations Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The role manages provider interactions/ relationship, ensuring clean prompt claims reconciliation and processing through continuous provider education and management
• The role holder will work with the Executive Management to establish processes, manage priorities, monitor progress and document status & progress regarding management of service providers.
• He/ She will be responsible for ensuring the quality of service providers, enhancing the excellence of patient management, maximize satisfaction and promote cost effectiveness for the company.

Job Description

• Timely Claims Coordination and Management.
• Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• Provider Accreditation and Contracting.
• Provider Administration and Management.
• Provider Tariff Management.
• Provider Directory Management.
• Users’ Refunds Management.
• Provider Education and Management.
• Management and Resolution of Provider Claims Appeal & Litigations.

Personal Specification

• Minimum of three (3) years experience as a Provider Administrator or similar role
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) from a recognised institution.
• Current license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
• Tech savvy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Project and Product management skills
• Sound medical knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to build new and nurture existing relationships.
