This is to notify the general public that the sale of forms for the General Nursing Programme is out from the 16th to the 27th of September 2024

Candidates are to pick up their forms at the Ministry of Health, "BLOCK A", SECRETARIAT COMPLEX, 4TH FLOOR, ROOM 33, with the proof of Payment/Bank Teller from the bank.

NOTE: THIS IS NOT FOR THE ND/HND PROGRAMME THAT REQUIRES JAMB RESULTS.

REQUIREMENTS

Interested applicants must possess Five (5) Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in not More Than two (2) sittings

COMBINATION OF WAEC AND NECO OR GCE IS ALLOWED.

APPLICANTS MUST NOT BE LESS THAN 18 YEARS OF AGE.
