Job Title: Radiographer

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Radiographer to join our healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, and other radiographic examinations as required
• Ensure proper patient positioning and clearly explain procedures to patients to ensure cooperation and comfort
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment in accordance with safety and regulatory standards
• Adhere strictly to radiation protection and safety guidelines
• Review and evaluate images for quality assurance before submission to physicians
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis
• Monitor and report equipment faults or irregularities promptly
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
• Participate in continuous professional development and relevant training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Radiography (B.Rad) or B.Sc. in a related field
• Completion of a one (1) year mandatory internship
• Must be registered with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN)
• Minimum of 3+ years post-qualification experience in a reputable healthcare facility.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of radiographic techniques and imaging equipment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency cases
• Strong commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.

Salary

N400,000 - N500,000 per month.
