Responsibilities: 

To provide a continuous on-site medical support to meet the needs of patients. This includes emergency procedures and routine medical services in all clinical areas. The resident medical officer (RMO) will report to the chief medical officer (CMO). He/she will carry out any other duties assigned by CMO from time to time. 

Patient care

Pre- and post-op care

Demonstration of high-level skill with interpersonal relationships and communications.

Excellent interpersonal and management skills. 

Good diagnostic acumen and sound knowledge of evidence-based medical practice. 

Strong services philosophy and leadership skills. 

Coordinate regular health management audits in liaison with the quality management team so as to maintain the standard of healthcare

Qualifications and Experience: MBBS with valid registration with the medical and dental council of Nigeria General practice physician with relevant experience in family medicine, ophthalmology, paediatrics or gynaecological cases.
