The University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital wishes to inform the general public that admission forms into the schools mentioned below are available for candidates for 2024/2025 academic session:

School of Post Basic Peri-operative Nursing (SPBON) & School of Post Basic Critical Care Nursing (SPBCCN)

Method of application for both schools:

i. Applicants; should possess five (5) credits in WAEC, SSCE and NECO which must include English language, mathematics, biology, physics, and chemistry in not more than two (2) sittings. Combination of WAEC and WAEC, NECO and NECO, and WAEC and NECO are acceptable in two sittings. National business and technical examination board (NABTEB) is only acceptable in not more than two (2) sittings but cannot be combined with either WAEC or NECO.

ii. Candidates; must be a registered nurse and possess a current practicing license by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

iii. Application forms fee (Non-refundable)

• SPBCCN - N15,000.00
• SPBPON - N15,000.00

iv. Date of sales and submission of application forms  

• SPBCCN - 12th June 2025 to 25th August 2025
• SPBPON - 12th June 2025 to 25th August 2025

 

Successful candidates will be invited for interview in due course.

All payments should be made into UMTH SCHOOLS ACCOUNT VIA REMITA. Candidates are to present original and photocopy of evidence of payment to the school cashier and obtain Hospital receipt and use same to collect application form.
