Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Client: Hospital

Job Summary

  • The Sales Representative will also be responsible for promoting the hospital and its products to Medical Clients.
  • He/She will build market positions for the hospital by identifying, developing and negotiating business relationships that translate into sales.
  • He/She will work to grow the client base of the Company, foster client relationships and develop new opportunities for the products and services.

Job Description

  • Schedule and conduct sales appointments with key resource personnel of , pharmacies and products.
  • Work with marketing and sales lead to prepare and deliver suitable sales pitches, proposals and presentations to prospective customers/clients.
  • Work in line with company policy to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Provide daily call reports as well as weekly and monthly reports of sales efforts in marked sales territory.
  • Regularly follow up with active and signed hospitals.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management.

Requirements

Educational Qualification:

B.Sc in Biological and Medical Sciences, Marketing, Business or Finance.

Experience:

  • 2 - 3 years experience in direct sales.
  • Experience in the medical or Pharma industry is a plus

Skills and Abilities:

  • Good organisation skills and results-driven.
