Application forms for admission into the State Schools of Basic Nursing & Midwifery are on sale at the Schools of Nursing Calabar, Ogoja, Obudu & Department of Nursing, Ministry of Health, Calabar, CRS

Candidates should obtain application forms on payment of Seven Thousand Naira N7,000.00 only into: 

Bank: Any bank of your Choice 

Revenue Description: Entrance Examination Fees for Training of Nursing/Paramedical Staff

Individual Tin: To be generated by IRS (Free) 

Admission Requirements: 

• Candidates must possess Five (5) Credits in WAEC/GCE/SSCE/ in the following subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in Not More than Two Sittings. 

Closing Date for Submission of Application Forms:

Completed application forms should be returned on or before 3rd of August, 2021 with the following: 

• 2 Recent passport photographs
• Photocopies of Age & Educational Certificates 
• Two file jackets 
• Bank teller / print out 

Date for Examination: 

• Entrance Examination will take place concurrently at three centers across the State, in the 7th of August, 2021
• Candidates are to report at the venue by 7am with their Admission Slips and Writing Materials.
