Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join her team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Professional dispensing and counseling of patients on their medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor customers' drug therapies, advise interventions, and perform medication therapy management.
• Conducting health and wellness screening.
• Keeping accurate digital patient records.

Qualification

• Bachelor of Pharmacy, D. Pharmacy is an added advantage.
