Job Title: Sonographer

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

• Execute diagnostic procedures applying prescribe methods of ultrasound technique and produce diagnostic images using Doppler, abdominal, and/or pregnancy ultrasound.
• Study and carry out medical imaging tests including the abdomen, OB/GYN, and small parts.
• Recognize the sonographic appearance of normal and abnormal tissue structures and provide the best image quality for documentation.
• Document all applicable patient and procedure data consistently and correctly.
• Obtain and evaluate pertinent patient history and physical findings that may affect the sonographic examination.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the sonographic equipment.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree in Sonography
• Sonography License
• Proven work experience as a Sonographer
• Strong technical, communication, interpersonal, and patient service skills
• Ability to explain technical terms in a clear and understandable term
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills
