Three persons confirmed positive for COVID-19 pandemic in Kano have deserted their respective homes. Coordinator of the taskforce Dr. Tijani Hussain, who confirmed the development to The Guardian on telephone regretted that the whereabouts of the three persons cannot be traced by the Rapid Response Team (RRT).
Dr Tijani disclosed that the RRT were left worried when they arrived at the residence of the confirmed cases purposely to convey them to the isolation centre when they realised they were no place to be found. Meanwhile, two persons have died of COVID-19 pandemic putting the total death record to three.
