Executives of the University Graduates of Nursing Science UGONSA Rivers State Branch yesterday paid a courtesy visit to the Rivers State Chairman of the National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives, Mrs Adamu Bridget

Nurse Obasi Felix (BNSc, RN) and Nurse Ezuzu Jaciinta who led the delegation from the association presented the NANNM chairman with the mission and vision of UGONSA and updated the chairman on the progressess UGONSA has made so far. Nurse Felix expressed UGONSAs readiness to work with NANNM to achieve greater feat in Rivers state. 

Nurse felix added that the visit was to show solidarity and also to congratulate NANNM on a successful completion of her presidential election. UGONSA representatives promised to partner with NANNM to promote the welfare of her members and the health and well being of Nigerians

Deliberations mostly centered on the challenges facing Rivers State Nurses and how Nannm and UGONSA can work harmoniously in tackling them.

In conclusion, The Rivers state NANNM Chairman called for sustained engagements and collaboration with NANNM and commended the team for the visit
