Application forms for admission into the College of Community Health, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital for 2024/2025 school session are now on sale.

Applicants must be holders of a Diploma in Community Health or Community Health Extension Workers Certificate. All applicants must have 5 credit level passes in SSCE, WASCE, NECO or GCE O/Lat not more than 2 sittings which must include; English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

In addition, all applicants must be registered with the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria and possess a valid practising licence.

Holders of first Degree in Health Education, Community Health and any other Health related Degree can also key into the programme for one year. Admission forms are sold at the cost of N15,000. 00 (Fifteen Thousand Naira) only, for Degree holders and N10,000. 00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only, is for non-degree holders respectively.

The programme will run for one year academic session for degree holders and two for non-degree holders.

Application forms are available at the College of Community Health, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital, Uyo. The purchase receipt should be presented before the issuance of application forms, not later than Friday 30th August 2024.

Date for entrance examination will be communicated to the applicants.
