USAID NIGERIA, PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE FOR TRANSFORING HEALTH AND RESILIENCE

Posted on: Tue 07-05-2024

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) invites interested Nigerian entities to participate in a pre-application conference for Transforming Health and Resilience for Individuals Through Vibrant Empowerment (THRIVE) activity to be held on May 14, 2024.

The USAID THRIVE activity aims to contribute to achieving sustained epidemic control by improving the health and well-being of children living with HIV and reducing the risk of HIV infection among vulnerable children, adolescents, and caregivers. The activity will provide a suite of comprehensive services to build resilience and mitigate the multiple, layered vulnerabilities faced by these sub-populations. The target population for THRIVE activity is children and adolescents living with HIV (CALHIV), children whose caregivers are living with HIV (CPLHIV), HIV-exposed infants (HEI), children of key populations (CKP), survivors of sexual violence against children (SVAC), and high-risk adolescent boys and girls, including out of school children.

Participation is open to all Nigerian health and social welfare organizations working in the intervention areas of THRIVE activity. Interested candidates should visit www.grants.gov and check “Search Grants/ 720620NOTICE240002 USAID THRIVE PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE” to complete the registration form by the close of business on May 12, 2024.
