Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for vacant Internship positions in the University of Benin Teaching Hospital, Benin City, in the following areas:

1. Dietetics 
2. Pharmacy 
3. Chemical Pathology 
4. Histopathology 
5. Medical Microbiology 
6. Haematology 
7. Nursing Services
8. Occupational Therapy 
9. Radiography
10. Optometry
11. Physiotherapy 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must possess the necessary academic qualifications (including University Degrees in their chosen specialties) and must have provisional registration with their respective Regulatory Professional Bodies. 

DUTIES:

Successful candidates would be expected to perform the duties corresponding to the position for which they have been considered and such other duties that may be assigned to them from time to time by the Hospital Management through its authorized officers. 

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

Interested candidates should visit the Hospital’s website at www.ubth.org to download the application form. Duly completed forms should be accompanied with relevant credentials (including academic certificate, birth certificates / sworn affidavit of age declaration, professional license, etc) and submitted at the Human Resources Department not later than Six (6) weeks from the date of this publication. INTERVIEW:

Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an interview at a later date that will be announced by the Hospital Management.
