Applicants are invited for admission into the school of Health Information Management for a two-year course leading to the award of National Diploma in Health Information Management. 

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS 

Candidates must have obtained the basic minimum entry requirements of five (5) credits at not more than two (2) sittings in WASCE, GCE, SSCE or NECO in the following subjects: 

1. English Language 
2. Mathematics 
3. Biology or Health Science 
4. Chemistry or Physics and any other subject 

Candidates must have attempted the current year JAMB examination, possession of the National Certificate in Health Information  Science obtained from a reputable institution in addition to the above will be advantage. 

METHOD OF APPLICATION
