Application forms for admission into the Community Health Officers' Training School, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital for the 2022/2023 school session is now on sale. 

Applicants must be holders of Diploma in Community Health with not less than 2 years post qualification experience or Community Health Extension Workers Certificate with 2 years' experience. All Applicants must have 5 credits level passes in SSCE, WASCE, NECO or GCE OIL at not more than 2 sittings which must Include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. 

In addition, all applicants must be registered with the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria and possess a valid practicing license. 

Application forms are available at the Community Health Officers Training School, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital, Uyo at the cost of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only. Closing Date is July 30th 2022

Entrance examinations’ dates will be communicated to the applicants after the closing date.
