Admission into Certificate, Diploma and Higher Diploma in Freight Forwarding an Supply Chain Management in the Benue State University Traning Centre

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into:
 
(i)  Certificate in Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain Management.
(ii) Diploma in Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain Management.
(iii) Higher National Diploma in Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain Management.
 
1.  Minimum Entry Requirements
Candidates seeking admissions into these programmes must fulfil the following conditions
 
i.  For Certificate in Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain Management:
Possession of SSCE or its equivalent with at least four credits, including English Language at not more than two sittings.
 
ii.  For Diploma in Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain Management:
Possession of SSCE or its equivalent with at least four credits, including English Language at not more than two sittings, or a Diploma from Non-Transport/Logistics/Supply Chain Management courses from any recognized institution or Certificate in Freight Forwarding from any accredited institution.
Matured candidates with at least 5 years industry experience may be considered 
 
 
iii.  For Higher National Diploma in Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain Management:
ACRFFN Accredited Executive Diploma in Freight Forwarding, OND, HND Degree or any higher degree from a recognized institution.
 
2.  Duration of the Programmes 
Certificate programme - 9 Months 
Diploma Programme -    12 Months
Higher Diploma   -     12 Months
 
NB: All programmes are affiliated to the Council for the Regulation of Freight Forwarding in Nigeria (CRFFN) and International Federation of Freight Forwarding Association (FIATA). These programmes are international windows of the Freight forwarding industry.
 
3. Method of Application
Interested candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of five thounsand naira (N5,000.00) only into the Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management's Account No. 5030052453 at Fidelity Bank Plc, BSU Branch. The tellers are to be exchanged for the Centre's receipts at the temporary office of the Centre at the Directorate of ICT room 51, Benue State University, Makurdi.
 
Thereafter, application forms will obtained from the office of the Secretary, Centre for Logistics and Supplu Chain Management on presentation of the Centre's receipts.
Completed forms must be returned with photocopies of relevant certificates and credentials on or before Thursday, 2nd April, 2015 ro:
