ENTRY REQUIREMENT 

Entry requirement is specified for each Course of Study in the online information. 

METHOD OF APPLICATION 

1. Any interested candidate should go to any Commercial Bank e.g Enterprise Bank Pic to pay and obtain PIN generated from e-transact. 

2. With the PIN obtained from bank , visit www.cohealthtechijero.org to fill the online Application Form 

3. Candidate should print a Photo Card from the College Website on successful completion of the online Application Form for Admission 

4. Candidate should come along with his/her e-transact Print Out (slip) and Photo Card on the day of the Entrance Examination 

APPLICATION FEE 

The Application Form is Seven Thousand, Five Hundred Naira only (7,500.00) payable to any Commercial Bank in Nigeria e.g Enterprise Bank PLC. 

CLOSING DATE: SUNDAY 13TH JULY, 2014 

ENTRANCE EXAMINATION DATE: SATURDAY, 2nd August, 2014
