Applications are invited from suitable qualified candidates for admission into the three (3) - years General Nursing Programme of the School of Nursing Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital, Nnewi, Prospective candidates should note:
ENTRY REQUIREMENT
Five (5) credits at Senior Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent to include: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology at not more than Two (2) sitting. NOTE: Combination of WAEC and NECO results is acceptable
METHOD OF APPLICATION
1.Write a formal application to the Principal, School of Nursing NAUTH, Nnewi with certified passport photographs (black and white) four (4) copies
2. Enclose
a. Photocopies of all credentials
b. Two self-addressed and stamped envelopes
3. Pay Five Thousand Two Hundred naria (N5,200) only to NAUTH cash office and obtain a receipt.
Attach your photograph to the original receipt, make a photocopy and return the receipt with the photograph to the Admission Office, School of Nursing, NAUTH, Nnewi.
4. Purchase of form ends on 9th May, 2014
5. All completed forms should be submitted latest Friday, 16th May, 2014.
DATE OF EXAMINATION: Saturday 7th June, 2014.
TIME: Maria Regina Model Comprehensive Secondary School, Nnewi.
NOTE: Bring along pencil, eraser, ruler, and original receipt issued by NAUTH Cashier with gummed passport photograph
