FEDERAL COLLEGE OF ORTHOPAEDIC TECHNOLOGY, NATIONAL ORTHOPAEDIC HOSPITAL, IBOBI -LAGOS
ADMISSION INTO HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) PROGRAMME IN PROSTHETICS/ORTHOTICS TECHNOLOGY
The National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) recently approved the commencement of HND in Prosthetics/Orthotics Technology at the Federal College of Orthopaedic Technology (FECOT) Igbobi, Lagos.
To this end, applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into full time HND programme in Prosthetics/Orthotics Technology.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must possess the following qualifications or equivalents:
(1) National Diploma (ND) in Prosthetics/Orthotics Technology with a minimum of Lower Credit Pass from FECOT or any similar Institution recognized by the Medical
Rehabilitation Therapists Board (MRTB) and the International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO).
(2) Completion of the mandatory one (1) year Clinical Attachment posting at a Level not below 'C' grade.
(3) JAMB admission letter to read ND in Prosthetics/Orthotics Technology.
(4) Current Practising License from MRTB.
DURATION OF PROGRAMME
24 months

Orthopaedic Hospital ACCESS BANK Account No. 0024596112 and present evidence of payment at the College Registry.

Please note that FECOT is non-residential.
