ADMISSION INTO NATIONAL DIPLOMA PROGRAMME FOR 2015/2016 ACADEMIC YEAR

All interested candidates for admission into 2015/2016 National Diploma programme in Health Information Management of the above named institution are hereby advised to apply for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) form that is currently on sale.

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must possess the following;

1. Minimum of five (5) credits (English language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science and any other two subjects) in not more than two sittings WASC/SSCE or its equivalent.

 

2. Evidence of 2015 JAMB examination results with acceptable cut off mark in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) in the relevant subjects apart from religious knowledge

 

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

Candidates should buy the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) form currently on sale at either Zenith Bank Plc or the nearest JAMB office and choose the school as your first or second choice.
