The school of post basic perioperative nursing studies university of Maiduguri teaching hosptial wishes to inform the general public that application form is therefore available for all interested candidates for admission into 12th month perioperative Nursing program from Nov 2016/2017

 

ELIGIBILITY

Candidate must be a registered and license nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria

Candidate must have a minimum of two years post registration experience.

Candidate with five credits in English, Maths, Chemistry, physics and biology

 

The form should be obtained in the school after payment of non refundable fee of five thousand naira only into the UMTH School managment account No 1790147217 Remita collection skye bank

All completed application forms must be returned to the program coordinator office on or before 1st August 2016, while entrance examination and the interview will be between 1st and 6th day of August 2016.
