SCHOOL OF ORTHOPAEDIC CAST TECHNOLOGY NATIONAL ORTHOPAEDIC HOSPITAL P.M.B 3087 DALA – KANO
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the above programme.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Prospective candidates should possess a minimum of five (5) O. Level Credits in either SSCE, NECO & GCE. This must include English Language, Mathematics and Biology/Health Science at not more than two (2) sittings.
Candidates with National Certificate in Health Assistant (Orthopaedic) and those working in Health based organizations are encouraged to apply.
DURATION OF TRAINING
Two (2) years. Successful candidates will undergo one year supervised industrial attachment. In any chosen health institution
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Application forms are obtainable from School at the cost of none refundable fee of Five Thousand Naira (N5,000.00) only, payable into First Bank Nig. Plc, Account No. 2024008617.
Candidate are to use Bank teller to obtain a receipt from Account Department of National orthorpeadic Hospital Dala- Kano. to enable them to obtain form from the school.
Candidate can also download the form from our website- www.orthopeadicdala.org, and attached Bank draft on completion of the form and send it directly to the school.
All completed application forms should be returned to school on or before 7th JULY, 2014.
ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATE ARE ADVISED TO PURCHASE THE FORM AS NON QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL NOT BE INVITED FOR SCREENING. Selection of candidate will be based on their performance at the entrance examination/ interview to be conducted on 22nd and 23th JULY, 20014.
