(3) ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:
(Ai) COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKERS (CHEW) COURSE
Prospective candidates should possess five (5) credits at WASC, NECO, or GCE 'O* Level at not more than two (2) sittings. The five credits must be in
the following subjects; Biology or Health Science, English Language, Mathematics and any other two (2) relevant SUbjects. A credit in geography or chemistry will be an added advantage.
Retrainee JCHEW: Prospective candidates must be holders of JCHEW certificate with at least two (2) years of post qualification in addition to (Ai) above.
Note: All retrainee JCHEW would be subjected to written examination on the date for the selection interview for the Department of Community Health.

(Aii) JUNIOR COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKER (JCHEW) COURSE
Prospective candidates must obtain four (4) passes in WASC, NECO, SSSC, or GCE '0' level examination at not more than two (2) sittings. The five (5) passes must include; English Language, Biology or Health Science, Mathematics and any other two (2) relevant subjects. A pass in Geography or Chemistry will be an advantage.
(Bi) ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH OFFICER'S COURSE
Prospective candidates should possess five credit passes in WASC, SSSC, NECO or GCE '0' level examinations at not more than two (2) sittings or its
equivalent as may be approved by EHORECON or WAHEB. The subjects must include; English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry and Physics.
(Bii) ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN COURSE
Prospective candidates should possess three (3) credits and two (2) passes in WAEC, NECO, and GCE '0' level or Teacher (TC II) certificates at not more than two (2) sittings. The three (3) credits and two (2) passes must include the following subjects: English Language, Biology/Health science, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Agricultural science, technical drawing and any other subjects.
Mathematics would be an advantage.
Note: For the purpose of this course science subject are: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, General Science and Health Science.
Bii. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH ASSISTANTS COURSE
Prospective candidates should possess for (4) passess in WASC, SSSC and GCE 'O' level or NABTEB certificates at not more than two (2) sitting. The four (4) Passes must include a pass in one (1) Science subject, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry, Nutrition, Physics, General Science or Intergrated Science and English Language.
Note: Combined results for Gi - Gii must be from the same examination body i.e SSCE and SSCE or NECO and NECO
Ci. HEALTH EDUCATION COURSE
Prospective candidates should possess four credit passes in WASC, SSSC and GCE '0' level or NECO examinations. The credit passes should include Mathematics, English Language, Biology or Health Science and anyone (1) of the following subjects: Chemistry, Economics or Geography at not more than two (2) sittings.
Di. HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT COURSE
Prospective candidates must possess five (5) credit passes in WASC, SSSC, GCE '0' level, NECO or NABTEB examination or its equivalent, which must include credit in English Language, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry/Phy'sics, Mathematics and anyone other subject at not more than two (2) sittings.
Ei. NUTRITION AND DIETETICS,
Prospective candidates should possess four.(4) credits passes in WASC, SSSC and GCE '0' level or NECO examination at norrnore than two sittings. The subject must include: Chemistry. Biology/Agricultural Science and any other two (2) of the following: Mathematics, Food and Nutrition, Physics. Economics Commerce, Health Science. Home Management, English Language, Basic Catering and Food Services.

Fi. MEDICAL LABORATORy TECHNICIAN COURSE

Fii. Retrainee MLA:
Prospective candidates must possess Medical laboratory Assistant Certificate with two (2) years post qualification in addition to Fi above. Candidates for Medical Laboratory Technician: Whose SSSC, NECO, or its equivalent gualifications are more than five years by 2015 are not eligible for admission.
Note: All retrainee MLA would be subject to written examination on the date for the selection interview for the Department of Medical Laboratory Science.
Gi. PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING COURSE
Prospective candidates must possess five credit passes in WASC, SSSC,GCE '0' level or NECO examinations at not more than two (2) sittings. The subject must include: English Language any of the science subject and any other three (3) relevant subjects. Ganaidate should in addition, possess the professional qualification of Registered Nurse (R.N.) and Registered Midwife (R.M.). with at least two (2) years post qualification.
Gii. HEALTH ASSISTANT COURSE
Prospective candidates should possess five passes in WASCo SSSC. GCE '0' level or NECO examinations at not more than two (2) sittings. The passes must include English Language, any of the science subjects and three (3) passes in relevant subjects.
Hi. PHARMACY TECHNICIAN COURSE
Prospective candidates should possess WASC, SSCE, GCE 'O'level or NECO certificates with four (4) credits passes which must include English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology, at not more than two (2) sittings.
ii IMAGE PROCESSING TECHNICIAN COURSE
(a Prospective candidates should possess three credit passes in G.C.E. WAEC, SSSC or NECO which must include English, Mathematics and one (1) of either Chemistry, Physics or Biology at not more than one sitting.
(4) METHOD OF APPLICATION
Candidates are to obtain scratch card from EcoBank on payment of a non-refundable fee of N5.250 (five thousand two hundred and fifty naira) only and log on to the School website www.delsotecheportal.com to register on- line.
