Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into above mentioned School for Higher Diploma in Community Health 2017/2018.
COURSES OF STUDY:
(a) Higher Diploma in Community Health
Duration of the course: Two (2) years
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: a. Holders of Diploma in Community Health [CHEW] with not less than two[2] years post qualification experience plus five [5] credits level passes in S.S.C.E, WAEC, NECO OR GCE 0/ LEVEL at not more than two[2] sittings which must include: English language, Mathematics Biology/Health science [Compulsory] and any two of : Physics , Chemistry, Agric Science, Geography.
b. Community Health Extension Workers [CHEW] with not less than five years working experience in addition to the above mentioned 0 level requirement.
c. Applicants must be registered with Community Health Practitioners' Registration Board and posses a valid practicing license.
d. Short listed candidates will be invited for screening test/ interview.
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Application forms are to be obtained from the office of the Chairman Medical Advisory committee [CMAC] after payment of Ten thousand Naira [#10,000:00] nonrefundable fee.
All Application forms should be returned to the Medical Advisory Committee Secretariats on or before Friday 7th July 2017.
