Applications are hereby invited from suitable qualified candidates for admission into the above mentioned school, for Higher Diploma in Community Health 2015/2016 session
DURATION OF THE COURSE: 2 calendar years
Entry Requirements:
1. Holders of diploma in Community Health Extension worker with not less than (2) years post qualification experience plus (5) Credit level passes in S.S.S.E, WAEC, NECO or GCE o level at not more than (2)l sitting which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science.
2. Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) with (5) years' experience with (5) credits passes in NECO or WAEC, SSCE at not mother than (2) sitting which must include English Language Mathematics, Biology or Health Science.
3. Applicant must be registered and possess a valid practice license
4. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for screening test/interview
i. Forms are obtainable from the office of Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee after the payment of (10,000) Ten Thousand Naira only at the billing office within the Teaching hospital
ii Completed application forms should be submitted on or before 2 weekls from the date of the advertisement to the office of the Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee.
