This course is open only to medical doctors who have been qualified for at least 3 years and who have Full and Current Registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria. The Faculty requires all applicants to have one telephone line to which text messages (SMS) could be sent.

 

All applicants are expected to be able to browse and check their e-mails from time to time. There will be a screening exercise immediately after the application period closes. Applicants will be informed only through e-mails and text messages (SMS).

(a) Each candidate must complete the application form fully, correctly and honestly. Any false information will automatically disqualify the candidate even at the final stage of the recruitment exercise. 

(b) Application submitted after the closing date or incorrectly/incompletely filled or not accompanied with the appropriate information will also not be processed.

 

APPLICATION FOR THE DIPLOMA IN FAMILY MEDICINE PROGRAM EXTENDS TILL 30TH OF NOVEMBER 2014
