APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR ADMISSION INTO THE THREE YEAR FULL-TIME HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT TECHNICIAN PROGRAMME FOR THE 2014/2015 SEESION.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates msut have minimum of five (5) credits at not more than two sittings in the SSCE/NECO/WASC/GCE, O/L or equivalent in the following subjects: English language, Mathematic, Biology/ Health science, and any other TWO subjects from Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Economic and Agricultural Science

CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION

Selection of candidates will be based on possession of requisite qualifications, performace in both written test (based on English language, Mathematic and General paper), and oral interview

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Interested candidates are to pay the sum of six thousand and five Hundred Naira (N6,500) only into Ecobank Account Number 4822042124 and collect Applicationg Form in any of Ecobank branches in Ilorin and Offa, with copy of Pay-in slip. Completed form, attached with copies of credentials in 36cm x 25cm envelop  should be submitted to and receipt collected from:
