The 14th Annual General Meeting and Scientific Conference of the Association of Paediatric Surgeons of Nigeria (APSON) will be held in September 15-19th
2015 in the National Hospital Abuja and Sheraton Abuja Hotel.
This is a forum for the in-depth discussion and exchange of research findings of surgical diseases of children in Nigeria. APSON has as one of its targets the quest to reduce the incidence of preventable surgical diseases in children thereby reducing the morbidity and mortality attributed to childhood diseases in Nigeria.
The theme for this year’s conference is CHILDHOOD TRAUMA.
The subthemes are: NUTRITION IN PAEDIATRIC SURGERY and CONGENITAL ANOMALIES.
The 14th APSON Conference will be informative and useful to all Medical Personnel and will be preceeded by a workshop on PAEDIATRIC ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT (PALS).
The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) is soliciting for your assistance in creating awareness for our programme among your members by posting adverts for our call for abstracts,
our pre-conference workshop and our scientific conference on the NAUS website.
We are inviting all your members to participate in the conference by submitting abstracts and attending.
