ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS Prospective candidates must possess the following
Five credits in WASC/SSCE/NECO in Eng, mathns, biology, chemisry and physics at not more than two sittings
Be a registered nurse with the NMCN

Forms are obtainable from the offices of the Ag prinicipal/ Head of Dept shool of midwifery on presentation of payment evidence of 6,000naira only payable to UBTH Account with TSA under the service type Training - school of midwifery using REMITA Platform in any bank
