Our client, a strong formidable multi sectoral conglomerate with wide national presence and global aspirations, is starting a multispecialty Medical care Hospital in Benin City, Nigeria. We are searching for a conpetent and suitable candidate with outstanding track record in the hospital management field as its CEO.

 

The Job: 

The Hospital's CEO, who shall report directly to the Board of Directors, hastheoverall responsibility of initiating. planning and effectively executing the overall violety and efficient operation of the hospital to achieve el fective and efficient patient care. consistent growth, high brand-valuo end peak perfommace. 

 

He or she shall bo responsible for the aiming day-to-day administrative opera-dons of the Hospital, to ensure effective delivery of high quality patient care. 

 

Other high level responsibilities of the Hospital's CEO include:

. efficient financial management (including financial re-porting, audit and control); 

. human resources management; 

. asset managememt 

. effective public relations; 

. ensuring impeccable safety and environmental protection; 

. planning and effective exe-cution of appropriate outreach and community programmes; and other general services. 

 

The Person: 

The ideal candidate must haveat least 10years of extensive hands-on experience in hospital management in reputable medical care hospitals, professional qualifications in hospital manage-ment. alongside a relevant first degree. 

. A masters degre in hospital administration will be preferred 

. An MBA will be an added advantage. 

. Preferred age range is 38 to 54 years. 

. International exposure and track record of waking with expatriates will be added an advantage. 

 

Nature of Employment- 

The job offer would be for an initial 4 year period renewable for another 4 years depending on per-formance.
