Public Hearing and Call for submission of Memoranda

This is to inform the general public that there will be a public hearing on a Bill for a Law ot Make provision for the Establishment of the Delta State Contributory Health Commission Bill, 2015 (HB.3) after passing the first and second reading stages on the floor of the House.

In view of the foregoing, the general public and interested Stakeholders are hereby requested to submit 10 copies of their written memoranda to the Secretary of the Ad-hoc Committee on Delta State Contributory Health Commission Bill, 2015 (HB.3) in Room G06, House of Assembly Office Complex on or before Firday, 21st August, 2015

The Committee is hereby inviting the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Health and other related Ministies. Departments. Agencies and interested stakeholders to the public hearing on Monday, 24th August, 2015 at 10.00am at the Press Centre, Assembly Complex, Oklpanam Road, Asaba
