- Arrival Of Special Guests of Honour; Governor of Oyo State Senator Abiol Ajimobi
- Opening Remarks by th Chairman of the ocassion: Rtd P.S.M Obasa
- Welcome address by COHBPNIN Chairman Mrs Aderonke Adetunji FWACN
- Speech by the Commissioner of Health Oyo State: Dr. Azeez Popoola Adeduntan
- The event also had in Attendance The Registrar Of The Nursing and midwifery Council of Nigeria "Alhaji Farouk Umar" Who used the opportunity to Charge Nurses To Be More Dedicated To Academics, Research and Best Clinical Practice. He emphasized that these were the core areas to assess the development of the Nursing Profession.
- Prof. Mrs Lanre Sowunmi Ph.D from Babcock University Ilisan Department of Nursing gave the keynote address
Followed by Presentation of Awards to deserving reciepients
- The NANNM President who was in attendance also gave his goodwill messages and Vote of thanks by the Director of Nursing Services Ministry of Health Oyo State Mr Taiwo Aderemi Ajiboye
The First Plenary Session Presentation of Paper 1 was given by the Chairman Director of Nursing Services Oyo State with the Rapparteur by the Provost College of Nursing Katsina
