Community Health Officers Training Programme (HD) Admissions Open At Ahamadu Bello University Teaching Hospital Zaria

Applications are invited from interested and suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following Schools/Training Programmes in ABU Teaching Hospital Zaria for 2015/2016 academic session.

COMMUNITY HEALTH OFFICERS TRAINING PROGRAMME (HD)

This course takes a minimum of two (2) years duration, and officers from any of the following categories of health workers that have been working in primary health care area are eligible for admission.

Entry Qualification

a. Holders of Diploma in Community Health with not less than two (2) years post qualification experience plus, five (5) credit level passes in SSCE (WASCE, NECO or GCE O/L) at not more than two sittings, which must include; English Language, Mathematics and Biology/Health Science. Community Health Extension Workers five (5) Credit level passes in SSCE (WASCE, NECO or GCE O/L) at not more than sittings, which must include: English Language, Mathematics and Biology/Health Science.

b. Applicants must be registered and possess a valid practice license.

c. Two recent passport photograph.

Entrance Examination and Interview

Candidates who satisfy the Basic entry requirements shall be invited for an entrance examination in the month of July, 2015 after which successful ones would attend the selection interview immediately.

Candidates with evidence of guaranteed institutional sponsorship will be given preference, but limited vacancies exist for privately sponsored ones.

Step 3. Logging In:

. Enter the email address and password used in creating your login, account,

. Click on "Login"

Step 4. How To Fill a New Form

. Click on 'New Submission' button in front of the application form you want to apply for

. Fill in all required information.

. And Click 'Submit'.

N.B,- Returning, applicant would click 'Previous Submission' to continue and application not previously completed.

Step 5. -How to make Payment

. After submission, you would be redirected to the payment gateway page.

. Payment can be made only by transact PIN (purchased earlier in Step 1)

. Enter the eTranzact PIN given to you by the bank.

. Click 'Submit' to complete the application process
