The Faculty of Family Medicine, national postgraduate medical college of nigeria hereby announces commencment of appication for enrollment into DIPLOMA IN FAMILY MEDICINE

 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Intending applicant should pay a non-refundable application fee of N25, 000.00 (Twenty five thousand Naira) directly into the following account either by cash or e-transfer only. Submit the Application form by clicking “submit”. There will be an automatic response to acknowledge your submission. 

Multiple submissions are not acceptable. 

Submitted applications will be screened before the final selection. 

Applicants will be required to submit the following documents when short-listed: (i) Evidence of change of name (If any)

(ii) Current Practicing License or Receipt

(iii) 3 Passport photographs with name written at the back

(iv) MBBS Certificate

(v) Certificate of registration with Medical & Dental Council of Nigeria 

(vi) NYSC discharge certificate or Exemption where applicable.

This course is open only to medical doctors who have been qualified for at least 3 years and who have Full and Current Registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria. The Faculty will not consider any application that is not from a doctor. Details of the Diploma Programme are available on the Faculty web site at: www. fammed. org.ng

 

All interested candidates are expected to have one personal e-mail address which must not be shared with others for the purpose of this application. The Faculty requires all applicants to have one telephone line to which text messages (SMS) could be sent.

 

All applicants are expected to be able to browse and check their e-mails from time to time. There will be a screening exercise immediately after the application period closes. Applicants will be informed only through e-mails and text messages (SMS).

(a) Each candidate must complete the application form fully, correctly and honestly. Any false information will automatically disqualify the candidate even at the final stage of the recruitment exercise.
