Doctors as Educators Workshop.

Registration Procedure:

• Download the Doctors as Educators application form from the WACP WEBSITE:

www.wac-physicians.org. If you have difficulty with this, mail any of the zonal coordinators requesting for the form

• All the application form electronically in Microsoft word format
• Pay the registration fee into the following account: Account Name: WACP Doctors As Educators Bank: Guaranty Trust Bank Account No: 0120638876
• Mail the filled form and payment evidence to the zonal coordinator of the location you arc interested in attending (Lagos. Abuja or Enugu)
• Evidence of payment (electronic transfer receipt or clearly scanned teller) must contain Surname and first name (Surname first)
• When sending the mail, copy Dr Akande. Central Admin Coordinator daecoordinaton&gmail.com. Kindly send both application form and payment evidence together as one mail.
• Early registration is encouraged as there are only 30 spaces per location and on-site registration would not be allowed.
