Job Title: e-Pharmacist (Customer Service Officer / Balanced Counseling)

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medication counseling and guidance to customers via our online platform, ensuring they understand proper medication usage, potential side effects, and precautions.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate over-the-counter medications, supplements, or health products.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and medication management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, prescriptions, and medication histories.
- Identify potential drug interactions or contraindications and communicate effectively with customers and healthcare providers.
- Assist customers in finding affordable medication options and exploring insurance coverage options.
- Promote health and wellness initiatives through educational materials, blog posts, or webinars.
- Actively participate in sales initiatives by recommending products or services aligned with customer needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
- Active pharmacist license in good standing.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a clinical or retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug classifications, and pharmacology.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in using online platforms and technology for remote consultations.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
