Echo Scan Radiology and Laboratory Servicesis seeking to recruit the following positions with the qualifications mentioned below:
 
A. Medical Director (Pathology Backgroud)
 
Requirements:
. MD or Equivalent in Medical Laboratory Specialty
. Experience: Minimum of 15years
. Degrees or experience in Management, Finance Marketing & Sales
 
B. Clinical PAthology Doctor
 
Requirements:
. Medical Graduate
. M.S Degree or Equivalent in clinical Pathology
. Minimum of 3 years postgraduate Experience
 
C. Medical Laboratory Branch Manager
 
Requirements:
. Medical Graduate with a minimum work experience of 5 years
. Or biomedical scientist with a minimum work experience of 7 years
 
D. Operations Manager
 
Requirements:
. Management and review of the operation department process and procedures with  view to maximize efficiences and productivity of all branches
. Prefarably a Medical Doctor
. Develope and maintain high levels of staff moral and operational best practices
. Establishment of Internal and external SOP/SLA
. Creation and maintenance of Operational KPI's to measure performance and profitability of branches
. Periodical operations meeting with customers on dashboard reports for plan/do/check/act
. Develope an effective pricing startegy covering policy on costing charges, discounts, rabets=es or business developement incentives to cover all services offered to customers ensuring the strategy has in mind the overll benefit to the company and retention of a competitive edge.
 
E. Sales/Marketing Director (Medical/Multinational Background)
 
Requirements:
. Lead the sales dept in preparing sales plans, including projections and market information based on analysis and monitoring of all services inclusing driving sales and margin performance
. Maintain overall responsibility for the development and management of comprehensive annaul marketing plan and marketing strategy
. Lead the marketing department including business planning and information reporting needs
. Lead general and specific market research with analysis to different company services
. Provide business intelligence reporting in support of effective decision making
. Undertake competitive scenerio analysis work to allow the business to predict the compatitive impact of actions initiated by the company, patients or competitors
. Develop communications and public relations strategy
. branding and CRM experience
 
F. Human Resource Business Partner
 
Requirements:
. 10+ yrs experience
. Extensive Generalist and specialist expertise across area that include taent mangement, leadership developement, organization effectiveness and change management
. Demonstrate record of contributing to business results through innovative, enhancing employee experience and building high performance HR
. Track records of effectively leading others directy or indirectly
. High level of resillience and ability to successfully navigate a global, matrixed and complex environ
. solid experience in talent acquisition and performance management system
